Kindergarten registration has begun for the 2019-2020 school year.
If you or someone you know is interested in attending Stewart the time is now to register. At Stewart we have a lot to offer! We are K-8, have a Spanish dual immersion program, Y-Care, and a parent/teacher community actively trying to make Stewart a great learning environment for our students.

Pinole Enrichment program at Stewart Elementary
The City of Pinole is offering afterschool enrichment classes at Stewart. Please click HERE to register and view the schedule. Youth Truth Survey
The West Contra Costa School District launched a new culture and climate survey called Youth Truth. This survey replaces the CA Healthy Kids Survey. The purpose of this survey is to help us ensure that each and every student, family and staff member has a safe and nurturing environment to learn and thrive. Students from 3rd-12th grade will take the survey during school and parents (adults in household) can fill out the survey by clicking HERE. This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. This survey will be available until March 1st.
School Smarts Parent Academy Workshop
California State PTA’s award-winning School Smarts Parent Engagement Program offers family-friendly training on California’s education system and how parents can be effective advocates for their children and schools. The first workshop will be held at Korematsu Middle on Saturday February 9, 2019 at 9am. Please click HERE for more information.
School Smarts Parent Engagement Parent Academy Series
We are delighted to announced that Tara Hills will be hosting once again the Parent Academy series beginning March 2019. This will be our 3rd year bringing Parent Academy to Tara Hills. This is a seven-week in which we discuss how we as parents can build a more effective involvement in our child’s education thus helping succeed our children at Tara Hills and beyond.
